Film Nagar (“we”, “us”) is operated by its administrator. By using filmnagar.org, its accounts, contribution features or public API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Using Film Nagar
You may browse, search and share links to Film Nagar for personal and informational purposes. Do not disrupt the service, try to access accounts or data that are not yours, scrape it in ways that bypass our published API and limits, or use it to break the law.
3. Accounts
You sign in with Google. Keep your account secure and do not share it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, impersonate others or misuse contribution features.
4. Your contributions
When you submit a title, correction, credit claim or talent profile, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, supported by the sources you provide, and that you have the right to share it. You keep any rights you have in what you submit and give Film Nagar a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to review, edit, publish and display it as part of the service. Editors review contributions before publication and may decline or change them. Submitting does not guarantee publication.
5. Reviews, ratings and information
Film Nagar reviews are editorial opinions with a stated research basis. Public ratings are dated snapshots from the providers shown. Catalog information may be incomplete or out of date; we correct errors when we learn of them. Nothing on Film Nagar is a guarantee that a film is available to watch in your country.
6. Links and third parties
Film Nagar links to streaming services, ticket sellers and other websites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and they are responsible for purchases, refunds and access.
7. Public API and data
The read-only API and MCP service may be used within its published rate limits. Keep attribution to Film Nagar and to the original sources shown with the data. Public availability of a record does not grant redistribution rights in third-party images, reviews or ratings.
8. Intellectual property
Film titles, posters, stills and trademarks belong to their owners. Image credits are listed on Film artwork. If you believe material on Film Nagar infringes your rights, write to contact@filmnagar.org with details and we will review it promptly.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Film Nagar is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or of linked websites.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
