The public consensus score identifies its inputs and calculation. Six separate craft assessments explain our researched judgments and identify their basis.
From silent films to contemporary cinema. Across languages, regions and the many ways a story can be told.
A film belongs to everyone who helped make it. Film Nagar brings the film, its cast and its creative and technical teams into the same picture, alongside public review scores and an editorial approach to criticism.

Commercial relationships must never determine a score. Relevant access and conflicts must be disclosed.
Research-based reviews preserve language and version context. Screening reviews should identify the version, subtitles or dub watched and any translation limitations.
Unlisted names remain unlisted. Conflicting dates, versions and credits need further checking rather than guesses.
Film Nagar does not host audience voting. We include verifiable external audience averages alongside critic ratings, including public streaming-platform customer scores where available. Personalized recommendations and unknown scores are excluded. Coverage is incomplete, and snapshots can change.
How our score is calculatedThe collection contains 119,674 catalog entries, including the complete 86,338-record expansion. Some entries describe alternate versions, overlapping titles or incomplete historical records. This is not a claim that every entry is a separately verified Indian release.
Credit lists are partial. Contributor pages show the film credits currently available; name-based indexes can include namesakes. Written assessments are based on researched criticism and film materials. A public score does not imply that a complete written review exists; each is published only where its own evidence supports it.
